HTV Silicone Rubbers

BRB is offering a focused range of cost effective HTV Silicone rubbers and has shown over the years the ability to supply in all situations. 

High Temperature Vulcanization (HTV) is a long chain silicone elastomer with vinyl groups filled with fumed or precipitated silica and other additives to create the required properties. Compounds cure at high temperature (100-200 °C) after mixing with a catalyst.

  • Molding grade
    BRB Flexosil TL 800 series  is translucent general purpose silicone compound widely used for molding in various industries. Shore A hardness range: 30-70.
